The general terms and conditions applying to ordering from this business are:

All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis subject to payment.
Orders are not sent until payment has been received and cleared to our account.
If an item ordered is not in stock due to errors in numbers then you will be notified of such and alternative arrangements made - ie a refund of the amount overpaid, replacement of the out of stock item with another item or delaying the order until new stock arrives. This will be arranged with the customer directly and options given at the time of occurrance. Not all options will be available at all times but the least will be a refund of money paid for the out of stock item.
Orders are posted as soon as possible but generally within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Occassionally there may be a delay due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is affected by such you will be notified.

Time to time errors may occur when filling orders and we would greatly appreciate you bringing them to our notice as it will only improve our service.
